  I called today because I had my surgery there in 2017 and one of my silicone implants ruptured. I called to get information on the implants I had.
I asked the woman who answered the phone if they still had my information and she said “I’m not sure, no” she didn’t even bother to find out and was ready to hang up on me. She also told me “Well the surgeon who did your surgery is no longer practicing so I don’t know”. So I asked her how long do they keep records cause I believe they’re supposed to have it.
She puts me on hold and comes back with my information!!!!
This facility really needs to train their staff on customer service and support.

  This place is severely sub par. I've heard and seen horror stories. A friend of mine had her surgery canceled as they accused her of having scabies after she was sedated and then it turned out that one of their employees had lice falling into the surgical area. After rescheduling and completing the surgery her scars are huge and uneven.
Beware this is one of many experiences I've heard about this place. Go elsewhere before they make you look like Frankenstein and you regret wasting your money only to spend more on revision surgery elsewhere.

  Dr. Myers literally changed my life in such a huge way by doing my reduction and lift.  I couldn’t be happier with my results and how I was treated by him and his staff!  My clothes fit better, but confidence is through the roof, my posture has improved and my quality of life is more than I expected by having this procedure done by Dr. Myers.
