When you go through multiple pregnancies, your body will change a lot from the process of gaining weight. After you complete all of your pregnancies, you can have a mommy makeover to repair the damages from pregnancy. Some of the women who have these surgeries done believe that the procedures have improved their bodies into a better condition than they had before becoming pregnant.
If you want to have a mommy makeover, then you should visit our surgeon for a consultation about the procedures that you want to have. Have a list of questions to ask the surgeon to understand the different aspects of the surgeries, and you should also consider how you will manage your personal life during your recovery process.
One of the benefits of a mommy makeover is that you will only need one recovery time, but you will also have multiple procedures carried out. You should understand that you can’t lift heavy items, drive a vehicle or perform any strenuous activities for a set amount of time following the procedure.
There are two major types of procedures with a mommy makeover. These are breast surgery and a tummy tuck. Of course, you can add other procedures such as liposuction from the hips, buttocks or thighs. Most tummy tucks will involve removing some excess fat from the abdomen. If you have flabby or loose skin, then our surgeon can remove a section of the abdominal skin to give you a flatter stomach. Our surgeon can also tighten the underlying abdominal muscles with this procedure.
Your breasts change from pregnancy and breastfeeding infants. Some women develop smaller or sagging breasts while other women have breasts that get larger. Having huge breasts can lead to pain in the back, shoulders and rib cage, but breast reduction is a procedure that can reduce breast size. Alternatively, our surgeon can often insert implants to add volume. A breast lift can also be included in this process in order to achieve a perkier bust overall.

People Can't Believe I'm 75!
by Joanne Wilburn
Category: reviewsI'm 75 years old, and recently upon visiting various doctors, I've had three of them either walk past me staring or even walk past the examination room, not recognizing their 75 year old patient. I've even had one nurse tell me the doctor thought he had the wrong person in the examination room because my skin looked so young! People actually come up to me and ask to touch my face. I love it!
Professional and caring, skilled healthcare team!
by Stacey Longtin-Horton
Category: reviewsIn late October I had a work-related injury that resulted in a partial amputation of my left thumb. Because my bone was exposed, reconstructive surgery was needed in order to minimize infection and to save what I had left of my thumb. Dr. Kevin Myers determined that a Moberg advancement flap was the best option to maintain full range of motion and the most thumb length possible. My overall experience here was absolutely amazing! The entire staff was very accommodating and kind and worked in a very professional matter. They were always there to answer questions when I had them. My surgery went very well, and recovery was easy. A little over two months later, I now have a fully functioning thumb with full feeling and full range of motion! I am totally impressed with the work that the healthcare staff did! Although I hope to never need any reconstructive surgery again, I would not hesitate coming back here if I needed to for any issue. 100% would recommend to friends or family.
